The Mill’s connection with Colman’s dates back to 1814, when mustard production began at the original mill. More than a century later, in 1975, the restaurant was founded by Ludo’s father, establishing Stoke Mill as a dining destination that would become a well-known part of the Norwich food scene.
In 2013, Ludo and his business partners sensitively restored Stoke Mill, breathing new life into the historic building while retaining its character. The result is the bustling, relaxed and airy dining room that welcomes guests today.
